There could be neurological complications with the cardiologic illness, likewise cardiological complications could accompany the acute neurological emergencies. In general, neurocardiology may be conceptualized as divided into 3 major categories: the heart’s effects on the brain (eg, cardiac source embolic stroke), the brain’s effects on the heart (eg, neurogenic heart disease), and neurocardiac syndromes (eg, Friedreich disease). To bear in mind of all these probablities, considering the effects of an illness on another system, will effect the prognosis of the patient.
