Clinical Features Of Myocardial Infarction

Early diagnosis has crucial effect on the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction. One of the most common symptoms is the chest pain. To have a good history and explanation of the chest pain can make a major help for the physicians in order to get the correct diagnosis. On physical examination; patient looks as anxious and he has a sort of fear to death.
