Electrophysiology Of Rhythm Disorders And Classification Of Arrythmias

In the normal heart, electrical activity and action potentials begin from the sinus node spontaneously and spread to the ventricles by cell-to-cell conduction. Normal cardiac rhythym is related to normal production and conduction of the impulse of sinus. Abnormal impulse formation and/or conduction play an important role in the mechanism of arrthymias.
