Various cardiac and systemic illness can affect chambers of the heart and may lead to atrial/ventricular hypertrophy or dilatation, or both. In these patients, after a careful history and examination, electrocardiography should be a first line testing among investigations because of its widely attained, easy performance, useful and low cost. Therefore, it is obtained important data by using electrocardiography about atrial and ventricular abnormality.
